What you will do:

As a founding member of our Engineering Team, you will play a pivotal role in full-stack development, helping our product grow, contributing ideas, and implementing creative solutions. We are seeking a driven and proactive individual who desires to make a significant impact on the product that affects the lives of thousands of candidates annually.

As an essential part of our team, you will:

• Design and implement new features, with a focus on backend development
• Take the initiative to identify and solve issues, contributing to the setup of our product’s infrastructure
• Have a key influence on the architecture and the tech stack of our SaaS platform
• Oversee the collaboration with an external software house and, eventually, build our own in-house development team

What you need:

• Be proficient in Python / Django
• Have a working knowledge of TypeScript & Next.js, or are keen to learn
• Experience working with GraphQL APIs, PostgreSQL, automated testing, Docker, GitOps, CI/CD, GCP, K8S
• Have previously led projects and teams
• Want to contribute to an AI-driven project that significantly impacts the lives of thousands of candidates annually
