Learn how to send out Heroify's tests and review results in Teamtailor.
To enable this integration, go to Heroify HR Dashboard and open Settings > Organization > ATS Integrations. Select Teamtailor from the list of available providers and generate a new activation key. Copy it and log in into your Teamtailor platform, then go to Settings > Integrations > Marketplace activations and find Heroify on the partners marketplace. Paste your activation key and validate it. After succesful validation, you'll be able to activate the integration.
Head over to one of your jobs on Teamtailor. From the applications view, you should click on Triggers (1)

Select the stage that you want your users to receive the assessments and add the trigger (2).
Select Send Heroify Assessment from the dropdown menu. This modal will be opened:

In Heroify assessment dropdown select, you can select one of your assessments on Heroify to be automatically sent to your candidates on the stage you selected.
You can also configure some additional options here, eg. if you want your candidates to be automatically moved to the selected stage upon assessment completion, should they be moved only when they scored above a certain threshold etc.
When the candidate completes the test, the result ends up directly in their candidate profile. To review the result, open their profile and check the section Heroify.
From here, you can click See results to check the detailed breakdown of candidate’s assessment results. You can also open the candidate’s assessment solution in Heroify HR Dashboard for even more details.
